Focus on the production of ceramic cylinder liners
Service Hotline
The bimetallic cylinder liners produced by our company are made of 45 # forged steel for the outer sleeve and high chromium alloy with a chromium content of 26-28% for the inner sleeve. The inner hole hardness is HRC60 or higher, and the API standard tolerance is used. The normal service life is over 800 hours.
The inner sleeve of the bimetallic cylinder liner is cast and produced by our company. Each inner sleeve undergoes pre furnace and post furnace testing, and the original testing records are retained to ensure the chromium content of the inner sleeve. The quenching of the inner sleeve is also completed by our company, and the hardness is checked one by one after quenching. This ensures the service life of the cylinder liner.
The tracking number of the bimetallic cylinder liner can trace the original smelting number of the forged outer sleeve, the original record of the cast inner sleeve, the hardness record, and the size record of each part of the finished product for each cylinder liner.
